What we keep
- Your email and a hashed password.
- Your application: the accounts you list and your answers.
- IP addresses and device details, to stop fraud.
- Payout details (encrypted) and the result of your identity check, done by our verification partner.
Why
To review your application, pay you, stop fraud and meet tax law.
Who sees it
- The person who runs the club. Payment and identity partners get only what they need to do their part.
- We never sell your data.
How long
While you are a member, then only as long as tax and fraud rules require.
Your rights
Ask for a copy, a correction or deletion by email. Which privacy laws apply (PIPEDA, Quebec Law 25, GDPR) is for counsel to confirm.
